Welcome to the capital of pôchouse

Prepared with river fish, then simmered in a Burgundy white wine sauce and served with garlic croutons, pôchouse is Verdun-Ciel's specialty. The recipe has been around since the 16th century and can still be enjoyed in Verdun-Ciel's restaurants.

Classic and electric bike rental
