De la forêt communale à la Saône
This walk invites you to discover the local heritage: the Saugy washhouse, once the centre of life in the hamlet, the Saône sluice gate that regulates the level of the river, and the Caillet washhouse, nestling in a green setting. A walk through nature and the memory of the village.
During the hunting season, from 15/10 to 28/02, a second itinerary is MANDATORY.
Be careful when crossing roads. Don't go off the marked paths. Stay away from forestry work. Respect crops, livestock, private property and current regulations. The route is not accessible during periods of high water. We recommend that you stay away from fields from March to the end of June and in October, when farmers are spraying their fields. Be vigilant during the hunting season (September to the end of February).
