Come and join Didier Denis in the kitchen of the Burgundy hostellerie and share the secrets of his revisited, generous and always inventive cuisine inspired by local and seasonal produce. You'll be welcomed at 8.45am with a coffee and get to know the other participants. You'll work until the gourmet lunch break. Then, after preparing the entire tasting meal (between 7 and 8 courses), you will share a convivial meal with the kitchen brigade, accompanied by fine Burgundy wines, while returning to the kitchen to finish and prepare each of the dishes in the meal.
